Someone had a dream. In this dream, a lot of people were to run around and fight each other with beams of light. They traveled to different planets, and they used this invisible energy of which has been said, in the words of our favorite black knight, “it flows through the muthafugga, surrounds the muthafugga — it BINDS that azz!”
In this dream, there were a lot of people who would all stand in line. See, there’s this guy named Darth Noj, and his cohort Izbeth, both from the planet Egilla Ekaw. Along with them were an assorted cast of characters, including, but not limited to: Princess Laur, Meli Sa of Nasheen, Darth Ezel, Ambassador Sha-wuun from Xet-Kraana, Senator Jozzi, and his right-hand heroin, Tamba from the paper-world A-Shdon.
They would all stand in line to watch a movie. They heard it was good. In fact, they were pretty excited to see it. They didn’t know there were tickets left until their friend from Nasheen, Meli Sa, had inquired. Elsewise, they would have waited a long, long time. If not for her graces, there’d be no unified galaxy, no peace. Only a large group broken down into rebellious little alliances.
For that, we give much thanks.
So, this dream continues, but that will wait for another time. Another time long, long from now.
Ongoing Goings-On
Yes, we are going to see Episode One, also known as “The Phantom Menace”. We’re pretty pumped for it. Honestly, I think it’s a national holiday. But there are detractors out there. Can you believe there are people out there who honestly believe this movie is only a rip-off or a remake of the old Star Wars movies? Really! Poor souls.
Go figure.
For those of you who may be following my work on the Gutterhaunt site, it’s coming along rather well. I’m hammering out the details on the basic javascript which will be included on a majority of the pages, so, as yet, no online updates. Hold on for a while.
I have a dream…
I’m still seeking web hosts with space to rent. I have a few choices, and a set of favorable domain names, but money for setup I do not have. That’s what I get for having gone to a private college for too long, trying to pay for my own car, paying for the privelege of being online, and living the lifestyle to which I have become accustomed. However, I can’t wait to get set up. Wanna make a donation? Let’s talk!
I do, however, have a good idea for a domain name, and I rather like it. Those who know me know the name I’m talking about. It’s better than the ones I’ve been thinking of. We’ll see how it pans out.
