Writing:
To you, what is writing?
most important
What started you into writing?
I had to do a theme book of my own writing for a grade 10 English class, where I had to write a couple of poems. I enjoyed it. My friend Yolanda Cornwall (who has become lost from me), encouraged me to continue writing ... so i did/have ... and now i am looking to make a career out of writing poetry.
How long have you been writing?
2 to 3 years
Is writing a passion, and what do you get from it?
Writing and I are very passionate when together. I get happiness out of writing.
Reading works from others:
favorite style:
I like reading poetry for the most part. I also enjoy reading everything else (except of course, for science-fiction).
favorite genre:
I like fiction because I am drawn to it. I also like biographies on other writers -- because I usually find that kind of thing intriguing.
favorite author:
Gwendolyn MacEwen
recommended works:
Read her book of poetry entitled Afterworlds before you die. Also read her travel log, Mermaids and Ikons: A Greek Summer. If you don't, you will go through life knowing so much less.
Going places:
where's your favorite place to be in real life?
In my head.
favorite net.locales:
locale 1: UAL Politics of Meat (http://www.envirolink.org/arrs/AnimaLife/fall95/adams.html)
I go here in order to insert my brain-fluid ocean, with a steady stream of knowledge (this page is never updated).
And Personally...
My name is spelt jeF (the misplaced capital letter is symbolic of my own misplaced state in the world).
I am vegetarian (because of moral obligations).
