The thing I love most about having coffee and breakfast after sleeping in for 8 hours on a weekend morning is how my bowels miraculously work again.
Magical.
Seriously, I’ve never been so regular as I was during the pandemic lockdown, when I got to sleep a few more hours every morning instead of spending them getting ready and commuting to work. For me, the greatest indicator for regularity is horizontal sleep. And these days, I seldom get enough of it.
